At Nuva, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of vintage and limited clothing, we offer returns or exchanges only if:

You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order at nuvathrift@gmail.com with photos of the issue. Items must be unused and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after return verification. Shipping charges are non refundable.
